What Kid Capital Is

Kid Capital is a family finance tracking tool that helps parents manage a virtual ledger for their children's money. It is not a bank, financial institution, or payment service. No real money is held, transferred, or managed by the app. All balances are informational records maintained by the parent.

Intended Use

The app is intended for personal, non-commercial use by families. Parents or guardians are responsible for all data entered into the app and for supervising their children's use of the app.

No Financial Advice

Kid Capital does not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Features such as interest rates and stock investment tracking are educational tools only. Any investment information displayed (such as S&P 500 prices) is provided for informational purposes and should not be relied upon for financial decisions.

User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for the accuracy of data you enter into the app.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and any PINs set within the app.
• You agree not to use the app for any unlawful purpose.

Data & Privacy

Availability & Updates

We may update, modify, or discontinue the app at any time without prior notice. We are not obligated to provide support, maintenance, or updates, though we intend to continue improving the app.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kid Capital and its developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of data, loss of profits, or damages resulting from reliance on any information provided by the app.
